Lillian Baylis Theatre

The Project - To refurbish the existing entrance and reception area, improve the lighting throughout, refresh the existing Cafe, toilets and seating areas and to carry out acoustic works to the theatre itself.

The Challenge - To carry out the construction works with little or No disruption to the client or their staff (always maintaining a separate access route for staff during the construction works), all to ensure that the works ran as smoothly as possible for everyone concerned.

The Result - A bright and refreshed work area, with a new entrance and reception area, including new improved lighting.
