The Challenge - To carry out the programmed works with little or No disruption to the client or their staff (usually resulting in "out of normal hours" working), to ensure that the often phased works runs as smoothly as possible for everyone concerned.

The Result - All projects have been completed as programmed, with no mess or disruption to the office staff.
